Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Capa Group Inc, we strive to deliver quality services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, we outline our refund and cancellation policy as follows:

Digital Services (e.g., Marketing, Consulting, Store Setup):

  • All sales are final once service work has commenced or access to proprietary content has been granted.
  • Requests for cancellation before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative and transaction processing fees.

Fulfillment or Logistics Advisory Services:

  • Advisory services are non-refundable once an engagement has started.
  • We do not refund third-party service fees (e.g., warehouse fees, carrier costs).

E-commerce Support (e.g., Account Setup, Brand Audits):

  • If the setup process has not started, a partial refund may be available within 3 business days of payment.
  • After the onboarding or consultation has begun, the payment is non-refundable.

Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a service or request a refund, contact [email protected] with your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.
