🚚 No. We are a consulting and service agency. We help clients connect with trusted third-party logistics providers (3PL) across the U.S. for warehousing, packaging, and last-mile delivery. We manage the planning and coordination but do not store or ship physical goods ourselves.

💳 Yes, you may request a partial refund before the service begins. Once a service has started or proprietary assets have been delivered, payments are considered final in accordance with our public Refund & Cancellation Policy.
